Way better than chipotle, and they give you extra meat for free. Love their vegan options even tho I’m not vegan myself. Never had a bad experience. The steak is amazing.

Say Buh-Bye Chipotle garbage food & bad service! Freebirds smashes the competition with their quality meats, tons of free toppings, and delicious salsas to choose from. They also give a military/1st responder discount (5%); Thank you Freebirds! The employees actually care about their patrons and their experience here (unlike the competition). The steak is tender and perfectly seasoned. The vegetables are fresh and bottled beer is cold. They have a salsa bar by the condiment station. Great decor and kitchen was clean. The portions are so much and the prices are reasonable. They even give you free taste samples before ordering! Hey Owner: Why do you only respond to the bad reviews?!

Awesome restaurant. With several types of meat to choose from and countless toppings, the bowl that I had was probably the best lunch during my week stay in Ft Worth.

Food was very tasty. We had some of everything tacos, monster burrito, quesadillas and guacamole. Chicken has great grilled flavor. Chips and guacamole were very good with no aftertaste. Crowded, but line moved quick. Tables were full, but crowd moved in and out quickly. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food we received.

Food was food and presentation of food preparation was great. Servings are smaller than some similar restaurants, but quality of meat was good. Could return when in area. But for cost and portions, I would rate reasonable but could be with larger portions. Otherwise, good

The staff and the food are both great. It's got a much better selection of choices than Chipotle. Chipotle is fine if you're a hipster, but Freebirds is more tattooed and tasty.

Great place to grab a bite or get a quick lunch. This location has been here a long time and is still doing well. The free kids meal on Sunday is meager to say the least, but the look ok my kid's faces made me laugh at least. Our burritos were about an inch long!

I know they have probably have limited staff at this point and the doors are closed, but the burrito I just ordered through the website was absolutely horrible. I was only able to choke down half of it. Very disappointed. This was the first time the quality was subpar. I would be weary of going to this location until this covid pandemic is cleared up.

Not the friendliest location I've ever been to, but the food was just as good as any other.

I have never been disappointed by this chain. This particular location met my every expectation and even went a step further (without my having to ask) and properly mixed all of the ingredients together. Definitely a lunch that was appreciated.

Freebirds is always a hit with our group. I hadn't had Freebirds since college where it was a staple for us a couple times a week. Now we have a location close to work so we can add it to our lunch rotation. I haven't tried the new brisket but I'm sure it will be amazing like the rest of the menu.

Good food. Just a lil pricey and don't help you out in regards to letting you get something extra if you keep something off your entree

I went in today and ordered a bowl and asked for another scoop of queso because the first scoop (which was $1.40) was so very little it didn't even cover much of anything. The scoop is so small, literally less than an ounce and a half! The add-on prices are so ridiculous! He wanted to charge me $1.40+tax for the first scoop! And $1.40+tax per each additional one! Its extremely over priced. The first add-on should be free and be charged any additional extras if the customer would like more, especially because the servings are so little.

Called to see if they were doing to-go orders or online only, prerecorded message said they were, but nobody answered and when we got there we found out they were only doing online orders. They could've at least answered the phone to let us no, but when we asked them, they said they weren't taking any calls. So much for customer service.

Lady wearing long Red hair at the Overton Ridge location was serving with no hair net her hair was touching the food grossed me out immediately ..dear management please make your staff wear hair nets no hair should be hanging in a restaurant environment next time I'm taking pics for the health dept.

Love this place. Get the monster size burrito ..the others are waaaay too small.

The food is delicious and the decor and surrounding area is vibrant and welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious and I completely recommend their guac if that is your thing.

food was good but there’s a creepy cook in the back that uncomfortably stares at me for too long every time i go in there and it’s obvious that i’m underaged and he is not. it makes me never want to come in again but i enjoy the food.

Bruh I have been coming to this for more than 5 years. And as I enter the doors of this wonderful establishment, I am reminded of the joys of great customer service, Wonderful food, And a casual eating environment. Truly a great place to frequent and enjoy some chats with the staff, enjoy your meal, give a goodbye, and leave waiting for the next time you get the chance to come back. If I could give this wonderful burrito emporium 10 stars I would.

Big, big burritos for those with big appetites. About $10 per person with drink. Food is fresh and tastes good. Hardly ever packed, and comfortable atmosphere.

I had a disgusting experience at Freebirds (near Hulen) and I won’t be going back because of it. As I was eating my burrito, I found THREE hairs buried in it. Not one, three! And on top of that, the hairs were different textures meaning the hairs were from different people. Absolutely repulsive. I looked over at the workers to see if they at least had hairnets on and they did not. Beards and hair NEED to be covered when working with food. I don’t know how the health department has not shut this place down because I see other reviews on here complaining of the same thing! This is not just a one time thing, it’s reoccurring.

Omg! So so friendly! Loved the atmosphere and the staff was so sweet! Definitely coming back! Food was delicious!
